Delete your Fasal Track account

This draft applies to the Fasal Track website and app. It is based on DATWIN’s existing policy and must be checked against the final product and legal requirements before it is treated as final.

Request deletion

Use the contact form, write “account deletion request”, and provide the mobile number used for your Fasal Track account. Do not send passwords, one-time codes or unnecessary personal information. We will need to verify that the request comes from the account holder before acting on it.

What happens after a verified request

Subject to legal review and applicable law, a completed deletion request will remove or anonymise the account profile, mobile identifier, farm and field records, mapped boundaries, activities, cost and income records, supervisor relationships and attached photos that are no longer needed. Deleted information may not be recoverable.

What may be kept

We may retain limited information when needed to meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud or demonstrate compliance. Any retained information will be protected and used only for that purpose. The final retention schedule and completion timeframe are still to be confirmed.
